Insurance Cover
Comprehensive insurance cover extends to all contractors while working
on assignments through the company. The cost of cover is included in the
standard Service Charge:
- Employers Liability (£10 million)
- Public Liability (£2 million)
- Professional Indemnity (£1 million per claim)
For contracts evaluated and deemed by our impartial experts to fall outside
IR35 regulations, we provide comprehensive insurance with up to £50,000.00
indemnity against the costs of an appointed tax specialist actively managing
an IR35 Dispute or Enquiry from the Inland Revenue, as well as compensation
for any additional IR35 tax/NI liabilities, interest or penalties that
may arise in relation to the contract.
