Additional Charges
In addition to the standard Service Charges, other charges may apply
for specific services or circumstances, as follows:
- Payments on Request: Any payments made in addition
to a regular payroll run or quarterly dividend or based on a Special
Instruction may incur bank charges (e.g. CHAPS fees). These charges
will be passed on to you, to be deducted in the same way as standard
Service Charges, i.e. before calculation of Tax and National Insurance.
- Administrative Assistants: If you choose to employ
an Administrative Assistant, the portion of Gross Turnover that is assigned
to the assistant does not incur the tiered standard Service Charge,
but instead a lower Administrative Assistant Special Instruction (AASI)
flat fee of 1.00% is levied.
